Tin Roof Wash and Painting

Maintaining your tin roof regularly is vital to improve its appearance and also it's lifespan. Although tin roofs have a layer of zinc on top to protect from corrosion, over time, many factors such as UV radiation from the sun, air pollution or just harsh weather conditions in general can cause the roof to gain moss, bacteria and over time even rust and material damage. To keep your roof in good health and property value up, it is wise to have a proper wash on your roof. And if your roof is older than 10 years - it might need a fresh coating as well. 

Our Stages Of Work

1. Preparatory work - inspection of the roof, removal of loose debry and dirt.


2. Covering needed areas from exposure - plants, windows, drainage etc.


3. Pre-wash process of rinsing to get rid of any loose filth left on the roof.


4. Choosing right methods for  a proper wash -detergent, low pressure wash/soft brush


5. Thorough rinsing to remove any detergent and dirt left on the roof.


6. Roof drying at least overnight.


7. Smaller repairs on the roof surfice if needed - holes, damage etc.


8. Adding surface treatment agents to ensure better adhesion and longer paint durability.


9. Painting the roof to the chosen shade.


10. Inspection and finishing touches to make sure the job is done Right.

11. Report to the customer - A comprehensive and clear overview of the work performed, the condition of the roof and recommendations for further action.​
